GLUE: Paid Services Terms (Public Offer)

These terms apply when you buy a subscription level or a one-time karma pack in GLUE. They complement the Terms of Service. By paying you accept them.
1. What is sold
GLUE sells karma, the internal unit it uses to meter paid features (section 2), in two ways.
Subscription levels: paid up front for one period and renewed as described in section 4. Each paid period grants the level's karma. While a level is active, each simulation you pay for lives through at least the level's number of lives, and more where that simulation's usual depth is higher:

2. Karma
Karma is not money and has no cash value. It cannot be transferred, exchanged, refunded or paid out.
What it pays for. Simulated lives with a public figure or with another member (a friend, a partner or a person matching showed you). The price depends on how far ahead the simulation looks:

The price is shown before you confirm. Talking to the Sphere costs no karma.
How you get it. From a subscription level, for each paid period; from karma packs; and free: 10 karma once for a photo in your album, 10 once for linking a sign-in method, 10 once for passing the face check, and 30 for every friend who came through your link when they reach their first checkpoint with the Sphere.
When it expires. Karma of a level that you have not spent by the end of its period expires when the period ends or renews; it does not carry over. Karma from packs and karma earned free does not expire.
When it runs short. A simulation that your balance does not cover does not run, and nothing is charged; you see how much is missing. The conversation with the Sphere goes on as usual.
The one case of spending without asking. When a friend who came through your link reaches their first checkpoint, GLUE gives you the 30 karma for them and right away spends karma from your balance on your life together with that friend: the longest span that is open to both of you and that your balance covers, a shorter one if it does not cover the longest, and nothing if it covers none. It does not do this if you have already paid for a life with that friend. Every other use of karma waits for you to confirm the price.
3. Ordering and payment
You pay in one of the ways shown on the payment screen: by bank card through our payment provider Stripe; in Telegram Stars under Telegram's terms (inside the Telegram mini app this is the only way); or by transferring a stablecoin (USDC on the Base network or USDT on the Polygon network) from your own wallet. You must be 16 or older and use a payment method you are entitled to use.
A stablecoin transfer is matched to your order by its exact amount, shown on the payment screen, and must reach the network before the order expires; the network fee is yours. A transfer that does not match an order is not counted automatically: write to support@iglued.us with the link to the transfer.
4. Renewal, reminders and cancellation
A level paid by card renews automatically every month, and one paid in Telegram Stars every 30 days, until you cancel. A level paid with a stablecoin transfer covers one period and does not renew; to extend it, pay again. Before you subscribe we show the price, the renewal frequency and how to cancel, and you confirm explicitly. We send reminders as required by law (for example, before the renewal of a plan with an introductory period and once a year).
You can cancel at any time: a level paid by card with one button (“Cancel renewal”) on the Karma screen, or by emailing support@iglued.us; a level paid in Telegram Stars inside Telegram (Settings → My Stars → Subscriptions). Cancellation stops future charges; the level and its karma stay until the end of the paid period. No cancellation fees. You can move to another level once the current period ends.
5. Price changes
We will notify you of a price change at least 30 days before it applies to you; if you do not want the new price, cancel before it takes effect.
6. Fair use
The Service is meant for normal personal use. We may apply reasonable limits to protect it from automated or abusive use; we will tell you if your use is affected.
7. Refunds and withdrawal
See the Refund Policy. In short: statutory rights of withdrawal (14 days in the EU/UK, 7 days in Brazil) apply, except that digital content delivered immediately at your express request (such as a karma pack) is not refundable once delivered; we refund for failures on our side.
8. Failure to deliver
If a paid feature does not work because of us, we fix it or refund the affected purchase or the affected part of the period.
9. Termination
If we close your account for breach of the Terms, unused paid time is not refunded. If we discontinue a paid feature, we refund the unused part of the period pro rata.
10. Law and contact
The law of the country where GLUE's operator is established applies, without prejudice to your mandatory consumer rights. Questions and requests: support@iglued.us.
